PPC Editor for iPhone
We have received a lot of feedback requesting additional functionality for the Android version of the PPC Editor. Some Android PPC users have asked us to port the application to iPhone. Although we like the Android version, because of its popularity the Apple Store is more attractive to developers who would like to make a name for themselves and get to a (currently) larger audience.
We ported the application to iPhone adding the features that users of the Android version have asked for.
The Google Adwords account settings is the first screen you see after launch:

Please specify your login details to Adwords here.
Please note you need specify your Developer Token to access your campaigns.
Uniquely identifies the developer and is used to track your API unit usage. To safeguard your privacy and protect yourself from fraudulent charges by other users, you should not share your Developer Token with other users. You can find your Developer Token listed on your AdWords API Center, accessible from your My Client Center's "My Account" tab after you registered to use Google Adwords API.
The client email drop down list will be populated by your clients' emails (if you have entered MCC account information). It will be empty if you have used a regular Google Adwords account.
The demo mode may be useful if you are not registered for the Google Adwords API and do not have a Developer token yet. The demo mode allows you to see the PPC editor working with some built-in fictional data. You do not need to specify any account information and there is no internet connection required when you use the PPC editor in the demo mode. The demo mode helps you to understand the PPC Editor before signing up to use the Google Adwords API where you can obtain your Developer token.
You are able to see the main PPC editor window with your campaigns list once you have set up your account information:

You can see all Adgroups belonging to selected campaigns by clicking on
on the right of the campaign.

You may change the daily budget of a campaign by clicking on the campaign in the campaigns interface.

The groups management interface allows you to change the status of the group and the Maximum Cost-per-Click value at the Adgroup level.

After the Adgroup interface you are able to access the keywords interface that is quite similar to the Adgroups management interface. You can click [blue round button icon here] to jump to the keywords management interface. The Maximum CPC and the keyword status can be changed there.
The campaigns, Adgroups and keywords management interfaces show clicks at a campaign/group/keyword level. However you can change the information displayed by clicking the column title. PPC Editor allows you to review data for:
- Clicks on ads at a campaign/Adgroup level
- Impressions – the number of times an ad is displayed in the Google network
- Average position on a search result page that an ad appears on when it is triggered by that keyword
- Average cost-per-click
- Cost/Spend
Changing your iPhone into the landscape mode allows you to see two columns of information on the screen:

You can filter the information by Active, All or All excluding deleted campaigns groups/keywords by clicking on the grid title above the status column.
The date range
allows you to change the date interval of the data to be displayed.

WebDevs doubles up: Records phenomenal growth in the last year
Economic downturn or not, we're thrilled to announce our exceptional growth during 2009. We're literally double the size now, both in terms of revenues as well as our team size! Equally importantly, it was a year when we delivered on some large, exciting and innovative projects, and in the process enhancing our capabilities and augmenting our strong development portfolio. We successfully executed one of the largest iPhone application development projects, involving a dedicated team of 4 iPhone developers, a designers and a team of testers who worked on this demanding application for about 10 months.
Further strengthening our mobile application development capabilities, we have now increased the size of our Android team to work on porting the aforementioned application to the Android platform.
We've also added Adobe AIR development capabilities to. After a successful Adobe AIR pilot project for a well-known client, the client has entrusted us with ongoing development of desktop applications to be used in their showrooms necessitating the formation of a dedicated Adobe AIR team.
We'd have loved to talk more about these projects to give a better idea of the depth of our expertise; unfortunately, client confidentiality and NDAs take precedence.
